[POPPyCore] Option "-ll INFO" causes error with alembic

The command

python manage.py -ll INFO db alembic history

fails with

argparse.ArgumentError: invalid choice: 'db' (choose from 'branches', 'current', 'downgrade', 'edit', 'heads', 'history', 'init', 'list_templates', 'merge', 'revision', 'show', 'stamp', 'upgrade')

while

python manage.py db alembic history

works nicely
