Added the definition of a Region Of Interest (ROI) (iRA0, iRA1, iDEC0, iDEC1, iFREQ0, iFREQ1) in a cube. Added a parameter histbinsMethod to the getContour method. And also added a level properties in the GEOJson LineString features returned. This property is equal to the level of the contour ( in FITS pixel value )
