Found a kludge to define the URL of the PNG generated images independently of the fact that the server is reached by a redirection or not

Fixed the most stupid typo which was preventing the spectrum from being drawn with the desired orientation

Added a mention to the possible necessity to update the local configuration file after an update ( a git pull ).

Adapted the code so that it takes into account the configuration environment variables and can be easly deployed
