Refactor exodict generation and the exodictionnary.

The new guide line is, one file for a key and we generate an exodict with all file in the "exo_dictionnay" (name can be change) repository.

• merge objects_dict.yaml and planet_satellite.yaml
• Add a litlle validation of the final exodict file.
• Generate the final file in the given path (default cwd).
• "FUTURE" add a cli verb to add key in the dictionnary
