undo modification comming from amr2cell_hdf5
this branch will focus on synthax and fhi integration

Remove type declarations for ramses_info and cone_info from modconstant.f90
Put them in separate file

Add a mod and a obj directories for modules and object files
Compile modules and objects in these directories

Add mod and obj directory for build

Debug target different from release target

New file in object list: modwritestarcube.f90

metadata in output file is now 'version'
this version number now comes from git

modwritepartcube.f90 becomes modwritedmcube.f90
the name of the subroutines in this file also changes
and call to these subroutines changes in pfof_snap.f90

Selectwritecubetype becomes Selectwritepartcube
Writecube become Writepartcube
modwritecube.f90 becomes modwritepartcube.f90 in Makefile
