# Meeting minutes
## Attendees : Y.-A. Ba, M. Caillat, N. Moreau, P. Salome
## Yafitssel
- Script working with a cron. Tested. The database is regularly re-created. But 1h40 to fill the database. This is quite long. Note that the database is not accessible during the update. Possibility : make a tmp copy of the database to make sure it will always be accessible even during the reconstruction.
- Make a documentation for IRAM. If to use the SQLite tool : make sure there is an updated SQLite database available. The exemple used for us is in fs_to_sqlite.py. The requirements are to fill 2 environment variables.
- Add a line in the Yafits wiki install documentation
- There is a bug that makes Artemix to crash.
## Documentation
- Demo of sphinx. Works well for Yafits once source ~/.yafits.bashrc is run
- It is decided to join the docs/ to the project inside gitlab to link the doc to the project version
- It is proposed that to adapt the docker file in order to deploy the doc inside the same url path, so that the user can directly see the html documentation if Docker is running and Yafits accessible
- Note that there will be 2 documentations (or more): one for master (future dev) and one for yafits-iram (visible via IRAM serveurs only).
- For javascript : next step is to test javadoc (like done for sphinx) and then make a decision.
## IRAM
- An email has been sent to JP to restart the install / testing. Victor should come back this week.
- JP should have asked the IRAM computer team to install a recent version of Docker.
- PS will contact JP again to define a more precise calendar of actions
