Integration of new autocorr time in run_emcee

Removed old way of computing the autocorr_time Implemented new computation of autocorr_time on-the-fly, to enable an automatic stop on the MCMC when convergence is reached Adapted output writing and improved control on outputs to save through SPInS_configure (figures and files) Added information of convergence on README and save a file with autocorrelation time evolution Allows to save MCMC chain in binary if needed
