Feature/add get exodict API endpoints

Add endpoints for :

  • getting scientific exodict on /exodam/api/exodict/scientific
  • getting editorial exodict on /exodam/api/exodict/editorial

Add some tests for them

Add some documentation/tests about possible errors in add_exodict API point
