REFACTORING Add doc with sphinx, correct some little bug

Add

  • Add a docs with sphinx

Change

  • Change the docstring in the module srcs to generate correctly the doc

Fix

  • Fix the doctest in .srcs.detectunknown.get_unknown_keys_in_list(). With a set sometime test bug because the set isn't sort.
  • Add spectral_type in the yaml exemple file for init
  • Now mass_meas_methods can be RV (Radial Velocity)
