### Added

- Add update date in search date of bibliography form.

- Add local headband when we are in local configuration.

- Add dev headband when we are in dev configuration.

- Change "last_update" badge in bliblography.

If `publication.modifed` is equal to `publication.created` we display "creation date"

instead "last_update"

- Change form of bibliography to take days, months and years separately.

- Alert headband go from alert warning to info level.

- Change date on bibliography, display date of publication and modified date.

Can be sort by this 2 dates.

### Fixed

- We not longer display hidden publications, news, links, meetings and searches.
