REFACTOR:

Pierre-Yves Martin requested to merge feature_new_design_for_bibliography into feature/switch-to-django3
  • add clean and modern form for the search feature of the bibliography page
  • replace the old bibliography func view by a class based view
  • update the test to handle the new menu
  • disable the deadline on hypothesis tests
  • replace the tab interface by a smart usage of the jumbotron buttons
  • add the hability for jumbotron button to be "active" if their link is the current url
