Add the ANR logo to the sponsor footers

  • FIX: an orphan div in the main page footer
  • FEATURE: Add the ANR logo in the new design footer
  • REFACTOR: replace the whole sponsor footer in new design template to use a loop and all sponsor data are moved to the base view python class
  • DESIGN: change the footer column relative width to have more space for sponsors logos
  • FEATURE: add responsive behavior to the new design foot
